CareGivers versus Private Hire

With CareGivers:

A Registered Nurse will work with you to determine the amount and level of care that’s safe for you or your loved one.  A personalized plan will be developed which can be changed as needed by the RN.  The RN will also work with your physician to resolve any health care concerns.

Private Hire:

You are responsible for knowing what care should be provided and what to do should your needs change.

With CareGivers:

Service Coordinators work with you to provide services as close to the time and day you desire.  Those services are provided by thoroughly screened and fully trained staff.  We provide for all payroll taxes, insurances and workers compensation leaving you to concentrate on yourself or loved one.  The RN will return periodically to oversee the staff, the care they provide and to check on the health status of you or your loved one.  Staff is available by phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Private Hire:

You are responsible for scheduling, training, performance, discipline, insurances and taxes, leaving little time for you to concentrate on yourself or loved one.
