  • We will do our best to locate and utilize communication and/or language assistance services to communicate with clients who require alternative methods.
  • If necessary, we will reach out to the resources available in our communities to obtain signs and materials in the most common languages spoken by individuals in those communities.
  • For those with reading comprehension issues or literacy challenges – we will share information orally or through materials with symbols or pictures.
