All kinds of caring.

At CareGivers we care for everyone, from newborn infants to the elderly. Because each client’s needs are unique, our services are flexible and our staff is trained to meet a variety of special health care requirements.

We adapt our services to your situation, assessing your needs, recommending a plan of care, and discussing it with you, your family and physician. As your needs change, we adjust our services accordingly, always providing the highest-quality care.

This adaptability applies to our people as well. We go to great lengths to ensure that our staff deals effectively, confidently and sympathetically with people of varied backgrounds and degrees of illness. As a result, our clients get the ideal care for their situation, delivered by the ideal person. All of our services are tailored to the client’s specific needs and requests:

Companion/Housekeeping: Companionship and Support

Companions can perform nutritional and environmental support services, including household activities, to maintain a safe, clean and healthy environment that promotes the physical and emotional well being of the client.

These support services include light housekeeping, meal preparation and clean up, making and changing beds, shopping, and laundry services.

Personal Care Aide: Companionship and Additional Support

Personal Care Aide (PCA) can perform all the duties of a companion plus additional duties, such as assisting with bathing, assistance with walking, feedings, transferring client (with or without equipment), assistance with toileting, bed pan or commode use, lifting and turning of client in bed or chair, and reminding client of medications.

Home Health Aide: Companionship and Health Support

Home Health Aides perform all duties of the companion and the PCA, but can offer a client a little more assistance. The HHA tasks include taking vital signs, helping with complex dietary restrictions, assisting with prescribed exercise routines, oxygen equipment, and special skin care.
