Job Opening: Scheduling Coordinator (Entry Level)
Branch: Liverpool, NY
Status: Part Time, Temp to Perm
Hours: 25 hours a week – 5 hours a day, M-F (start time flexible as long as the hours fall within our office hours)

SAFETY:  Our office is regularly cleaned/disinfected, and we have a small number of in-office staff and plenty of space so social distancing is not a problem.

Our ideal candidate will be a certified PCA, HHA, or CNA – and will be willing & able to take on home care work as needed outside of the office hours (i.e. – cover a call off or help start a new client).  Or if full time hours are desired – can supplement office hours with a home care work schedule outside of office time.

We’re Looking For:

– An excellent multi-tasker who is organized & dependable, with top-notch problem solving and verbal communication skills.
– A team player with strong detail retention abilities, who takes pride in a job well done.
– Customer service, scheduling, and health care experience strongly preferred, home care experience a plus.
– High school diploma and reliable transportation required.

DUTIES:  Work with a great team in a fast-paced home care office!   Will interact with both clients and company staff.  Responsibilities include: (1) receiving inquiry telephone calls from clients, determining the nature and extent of the clients’ needs, encouraging the client to use CareGivers services, assigning appropriate health care staff to deliver the service; (2) coordinating the ongoing delivery of services; and (3) receiving, verifying and completing timeslip and other documents and submitting them accurately and on a timely basis to the fiscal office enabling them to pay employees and bill clients for services rendered.  Some clerical and HR duties may required.  Additional responsibilities may be added depending on aptitude.
