Job Opening: Personal Care Aide (PCA) – must have valid PCA or HHA certificate!
Branch: Schenectady, NY (Rely Health Care Services)
Job Location(s): Schenectady NY and Rotterdam NY
Shifts: Day shifts – various, Evenings- 3pm to 11pm

Must possess a valid certificate, and pass a background check.
**Must have reliable transportation – either your own car, a reliable driver, or ridesharing (Uber/Lyft/etc) – you have to be able to get to work reliably**
DUTIES: Responsible for providing personal care, and supportive services which includes, but is not limited to assisting the client in activities of daily living, planning and preparing meals, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Must be a certified PCA or HHA with valid certificate
- Must be caring, dependable, & must meet health requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle preferred, if not, must have other reliable transportation
- Must be 18 or older
