With a staff of registered nurses and licensed practical nurses, home health and personal care aides, housekeepers and companions , CareGivers has the right professional to meet any home care need. All personnel are thoroughly screened and supervised, as well as fully bonded and insured. And every staff member regularly participates in professional training to keep their skills current. Not to mention they’re friendly, trustworthy and caring people – these are people that feel like home.

The CareGivers ownership and management team is comprised of three executives with diverse and extensive experience in health care management:

Timothy McGorry, Owner and CEO
Business Management degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo
27+ years of home care experience

Carmen Flitt, Owner and CFO
Accounting degree from Canisius College
Formerly a CPA with Price Waterhouse Coopers (6 years)
15+ years of senior management experience

Bader Peters Reyonds, MS, RN, COO
Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from State University of New York at Binghamton.
Master of Science Degree in Community Health and Education from Syracuse University.
32+ years of experience in community nursing, home health care and nursing education
Affiliations: Auxiliary Board Member NYS Board of Nursing; Chairperson, Board of Directors NYS Association of Home Care Providers.
